Light Burnt Magnesia Carbon Briquette Ball (LBMC)
LBMC is added into the electric arc furnace or converter. Itquickly reacts with slag, which effectively adjusting the slag composition and increase the viscosity of the slag so as to form the foaming slag with proper viscosity. It will increase the insulation effect to the furnace which increase molten steel yield, reduce EAF power consumption,electrode consumption, refractory consumption, reduces Tap to Tap time, increases steel production andreduces production costs.

Our product has good fluidity at high temperature, short sintering time, resistance to molten steel erosion and long service life. It can be used in electric arc furnace, furnace lining and rapid hot repair at EBT, LF bottom and converter.

Simple to apply, do not need drying or heating.The furnace can resumeoperation
immediately after applying the ramming material.It hasquick sintering properties
and highrefractory strength which ensure high durability against corrosion, mechanical
and thermal stress. Its unique grain size distribution provides excellent density.
Electrode Carbon BriquetteBall
Due to the shortage of high carbon scrap resources and the rising cost of steelmaking production, BHHL’s electrode carbon briquette ball is widely used by our clients to increase the melt down carbon. Injection Coke
BHHL’sInjection Coke is injected underthe slag (via carbon injection lances) toreact with oxygen in the molten steel and thus producing gaseouswhich createfoaming slag. The forming slag is high in viscosity which will prolong the foaming slagduration. The carbon is effectively being absorbed into the molten steel which bringsthe following advantages and benefits.
